What these terms cover
These terms apply to weavery.co.uk, the website that describes the Weavery platform. The site is operated by Nauni Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 12121976, whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. "We", "us" and "our" mean Nauni Limited.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You may browse the site, and print or download pages, for your own information and for evaluating Weavery for your business. You may not:
- use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or breaks the law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the systems that serve it, or the Weavery platform;
- scrape, copy or republish the site's content other than as these terms allow;
- use the contact details on the site to send unsolicited marketing.
We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice.
Content and accuracy
The site is for general information about Weavery. Weavery is in early access and is being built with a small number of selected partners: the screens, features and workflows shown on this site describe the product as designed, and some of them are still in development. Where a feature is not yet available we say so on the page. We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or up to date, and nothing on it is a contractual offer or a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date.
Order numbers, products, businesses and people shown in the product illustrations are made up. Any resemblance to real ones is coincidental.
Intellectual property
The Weavery name, the Weavery mark and wordmark, and the Nauni name and wordmark are trade marks of Nauni Limited. The text, illustrations, screens and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Nauni Limited and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may not use our marks, or reproduce our content, without our written permission, except as these terms allow.
The typefaces on this site are used under the SIL Open Font License; their licence is served alongside the font files.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including nauni.co.uk and third-party services we use. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, the site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied, and we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. If you use the site for business purposes, we are in any event not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
The Weavery platform
These terms are about the website only. Use of the Weavery platform itself, including any early-access programme, is governed by the agreement between Nauni Limited and the organisation that holds the account. If there is a conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement wins for anything to do with the platform.

Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own nation's courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page and the date at the top is updated; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
